Social Justice Teacher Education

If your goal is to teach…
and you have a college degree…
and you want to work for social justice . . .

 

Join Spark Teacher Education Institute!

 

Intensive one–year program:

  • Learn and teach alongside a skilled mentor teacher

  • Elementary, middle school or secondary certification

  • Para-professionals may be able to continue their employment while enrolled in the program

  • Integrate social justice and equity into the curriculum

  • Weekly seminars with inspiring faculty

Dates:

  • Application deadline: April 1, 2010

  • Program Orientation: May 1, 2010 

  • Full-time program begins: August 17, 2010
